iFORWAY Return & Warranty Policy

iFORWAY offers a simple and transparent warranty process to ensure a worry-free purchase experience. Warranty periods may vary depending on the product model. Please refer to the warranty chart below for specific details. The warranty duration may also vary depending on the country or region.

For products purchased through offline distributors or authorized retailers, please refer to their individual after-sales service policies.

Products sold by iFORWAY as refurbished or certified pre-owned items are covered by a separate warranty policy. Please refer to our Refurbished Product Warranty Page for more details.

This limited warranty provided by iFORWAY does not affect any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Standard Warranty Period

This limited warranty is provided by iFORWAY (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser of the products listed below (“Product”).

We warrant that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The standard warranty period for products purchased in the United States is listed in the chart below. Warranty periods may vary by country, region, or by sales channel.

If your product model is not listed in the chart, please refer to the product page on the official iFORWAY website or the iFORWAY Amazon store for the exact warranty period.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, regardless of the reason.

Please note that corporate purchases or bulk orders (more than 10 units of the same item) may not qualify for refunds.

Product Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

For promotional offers:

  • For Buy One Get One promotions, both items must be returned

  • For gift-with-purchase promotions, both the purchased item and the bonus item must be returned

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


Shipping & Refund Terms

For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a valid shipping tracking number.

Refunds will only cover the product purchase price.

For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins from the shipping date, not the order date.

Refund requests must be completed within 30 days after opening a return request. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this period.


Return Process

Once the returned product arrives at the iFORWAY warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


How to Return an Item on iforway.com

To initiate a return, please submit a return request through our return center.

You will need:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

If you created an iFORWAY account, returns can be managed through your order history.

If you checked out as a guest, you may create an account using the same email address to access your order and return request.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within one hour after placing the order.

Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed once returned items pass inspection at our warehouse.

Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the refund is approved.


Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects for products sold directly by iFORWAY are covered under our warranty policy starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims are only valid in the country where the product was originally purchased.

The warranty may become void if the product is transferred across international borders.

For approved warranty claims:

  • A refurbished replacement may be provided if available

  • If unavailable, a new replacement or partial refund may be offered depending on usage

Replacement products may vary slightly in appearance or features.


Replacement Warranty Period

Replacement products will be covered by whichever of the following is longer:

  • The remaining period of the original warranty, or

  • 3 months from the replacement date

Requirements for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Product serial number (if applicable)

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the troubleshooting steps already attempted

  • Return of the product for inspection (if requested)

Warranty coverage may become void if the returned item does not match the claim.


Valid Proof of Purchase

Accepted proof of purchase includes:

  • Order number and shipping confirmation for online purchases

  • A dated receipt from an authorized iFORWAY seller including:

    • Product description

    • Seller name

    • Purchase price

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days after opening the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Situations Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including battery degradation or cosmetic fading)

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Products that are outside the warranty period

  • Non-quality issues reported after 30 days

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or overheating

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers


Extended Warranty

Some iFORWAY products may be eligible for extended warranty plans.

Extended warranties may cover:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Internal component malfunctions

  • Accidental damage such as drops or spills

Shipping Protection / Purchase Protection

Customers purchasing from iforway.com may be offered optional shipping protection during checkout.

  • Lost shipments

  • Damaged packages

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once purchased.


Limitation of Liability
